Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer for remote contract work to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile. You will contribute to account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data tools, and OS updates, partnering with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver accessible, high-quality experiences in regulated environments.

Applicants must work on a W2 basis with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match,

Qualifications

Experience in UX/UI design for responsive web and mobile applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating accessibility and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate design decisions and work with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with design systems and platform guidelines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define strategy and tactics.
Shape the look, feel, and interactions across products and communicate the vision.
Propose and drive new design ideas impacting the product portfolio.
Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
Design responsive web apps and native iOS/Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
Collaborate in Agile environments and adapt to changing priorities.
Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
