Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Designer to support digital initiatives across responsive web and native mobile in a remote contract role. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver accessible, high-quality user experiences in a regulated environment.

The role focuses on account creation services, eCommerce experiences, internal data analysis tools, and OS updates, requiring strong portfolio, Figma skills, and ability to work in Agile teams.

Qualifications

• UX/UI design experience for responsive web apps.
• Native iOS and Android design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing accessibility and detail.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/medical devices).

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product strategy and near-term tactics.
• Act as a voice for design by shaping the look, feel, and interactions across products and communicating the vision.
• Propose and drive new design ideas that impact the broader product portfolio.
• Champion user needs across patients, caregivers, providers, and internal tool users.
• Contribute to a constructive design culture and welcome feedback.
• Design responsive web applications and native iOS and Android experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate in Agile product environments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Deliver on deadlines while maintaining craft and quality.
