Job summary

Prolific is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead (Individual Contributor) to shape how we attract and hire top Product & Design talent across the US, UK and beyond. You’ll partner with senior leaders to set hiring strategies, design creative sourcing, and own the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer.

You’ll use data and market insight to raise hiring standards, build a diverse, high-performing team, and contribute to Prolific’s growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house.
• Strategic, globally minded hiring across UK and US, including senior ICs to leaders.
• Trusted executive partner influencing senior leaders and translating priorities into hiring plans.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with rigor and attention to detail.
• Builder and innovator in talent acquisition, embracing new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shape hiring strategy: partner with senior leaders to anticipate needs and set priorities for Product & Design hires.
• Find exceptional talent: develop data-led sourcing to reach top Product & Design candidates, including senior leaders.
• Own the full hiring journey: manage outreach through offer, creating a standout candidate and hiring-team experience.
• Turn insight into action: use hiring data and market intelligence to influence decisions and raise hiring standards.
• Raise the bar: calibrate interview processes and employer branding to attract diverse, exceptional talent.
