Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Product Delivery Lead to drive delivery of a digital platform including mobile apps. You will act as Scrum Product Owner, translating client roadmaps into actionable backlog items and coordinating with engineering, UX, QA, and DevOps.

You will work remotely in the USA with potential onsite engagements, owning requirements, release plans, and status reporting to stakeholders while ensuring alignment with business outcomes and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/account management or product owner experience with iOS/Android apps.
• Experience managing and working with clients.
• Experience with agile (Scrum/Kanban) development.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and facilitation skills.
• Detail-oriented self-starter capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and build delivery plans with resourcing and release burndowns.
• Be accountable for project results, schedule, and deliverables.
• Represent the product roadmap as Scrum Product Owner in agile design and engineering processes.
• Manage product documentation and requirements using Confluence and Jira with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prepare teams for status presentations, reviews, and UAT sessions.
• Provide status updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
