Job summary

UL Solutions seeks an experienced data product leader to own vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products. You will guide a global team, align product delivery with business priorities, and drive adoption and value realization across the data ecosystem.

You will partner with engineering, governance, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact dashboards, semantic models, and data platforms that enable business value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data, analytics, or product management delivering data products.
• 3+ years in people leadership managing product owners, analysts, or data pros.
• Experience defining data product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Product Owners for data products.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data analytics products with leaders.
• Ensure roadmaps align with enterprise priorities and tech direction.
• Translate business needs into capabilities, release plans, and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discover and ideate new data products.
• Manage portfolio intake, prioritization, sequencing, and investment.
