Job summary

Connect for Health Colorado seeks a Manager of Product Data Practice to lead a small, service-oriented team that helps the Product Development organization trust, use, and self-serve its data well. This role oversees our existing product data insights function, ensuring the Product organization has access to rigorous, mixed-methods insights, while also building a new data governance and quality discipline.

The ideal candidate leads people effectively while staying close to the work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a product-related role (e.g., product management, data analytics, product operations).
• 2+ years managing a team of researchers/analysts or similar.
• Experience leading organizational change and driving adoption without formal authority.
• Experience creating training or standards to help others adopt new practices.
• Familiarity with state health insurance marketplaces, ACA, or regulated data environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Product Data Practice team with a clear vision and priorities.
• Represent the team’s work and roadmap to Product and cross-functional leadership.
• Collaborate with enterprise data governance and data infrastructure teams to align on standards and stewardship.
• Develop and maintain a data catalog and data quality standards within Product Development.
• Deliver reusable reports and dashboards using Power BI and coordinate with BI for downstream analytics.
