Job summary

IntusCare is seeking an Associate Director of Data Product Management to lead DataHub, our self-service data warehousing and reporting product. You will own the product line, drive day-to-day operations, and work with engineering on releases to deliver impactful features for PACE programs.

The role requires 6-8 years of Product Management experience, strong data modeling and analytics skills, and comfort with client escalations.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of Product Management experience including 1+ years leading a team.
• Strong technical background with data modeling and analytics tooling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and managing escalations.
• Proficient in SQL and Jira.
• Experience with healthcare datasets such as EHR or claims data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of DataHub features from discovery to delivery.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and write PRDs.
• Recommend build vs buy assessments for leadership review.
• Provide regular company-wide product updates with minimal oversight.
• Handle client escalations with minimal oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional rollout of new features.
• Plan monthly roadmaps and pod-level quarterly roadmaps.
• Mentor direct reports and support career development.
