Job summary

Binance is seeking a qualified lawyer to lead legal support for tokenized securities and equities products across jurisdictions. You will advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and contract matters while coordinating with Commercial, Compliance, and Risk teams.

The role focuses on securities regulation, product counseling, and strategic guidance for a fast-paced technology company in the crypto space.

Qualifications

• Experience with securities regulation and brokerage licensing.
• Ability to advise across the product life-cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Strong, trusted legal advisor with commercial focus and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Legal contact for tokenized securities and stock trading products.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Regulatory, Data Privacy, Litigation and other teams.
• Provide regulatory advice on product development and marketing campaigns.
• Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centered agreements and templates.
• Advise on client disputes and licensing initiatives related to tokenized securities.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption and compliance.
• Stay updated on securities, digital assets, and market regulation trends.
• Identify legal risks and develop practical solutions for Binance’s ecosystem.
• Share knowledge through training and internal guidelines.
