Binance is seeking a seasoned lawyer to lead regulatory matters for tokenized securities and stock trading products. You will advise on securities compliance and digital assets, draft agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across jurisdictions to drive compliant product development.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–10 years of experience in a law firm, financial services firm, or a fast-paced technology company.
Deep knowledge of securities and financial instruments regulation.
Experience with brokerage licensing and securities trading rules.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and provide commercially minded legal advice.
Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to manage complex projects.
Ability to work across cross-functional teams and regulatory stakeholders.
Interest in crypto and tokenized securities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the legal lead for tokenized securities and stock trading products, coordinating with other Legal teams and cross-functional groups.
Advise on regulatory compliance issues for securities and digital assets.
Draft, amend, and negotiate product-centric terms and contracts; prepare templates to mitigate risk.
Advise on product-related marketing and compliance with financial promotion rules.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions and time zones.
Develop training and internal guidance for colleagues within Legal.
