Binance is seeking a seasoned regulatory counsel to oversee U.S. regulatory matters, AML and sanctions compliance, and related investigations. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to deliver timely, accurate regulatory responses and strengthen risk controls across the organization.

The role requires 5–8 years of private practice or in-house experience, with a proven track record with U.S. regulators (FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC).

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' private practice or in-house legal experience in financial services.
• Experience with U.S. regulators (FinCEN, SEC, CFTC, OFAC) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AML and sanctions compliance programs.
• Understanding of crypto financial products.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with internal remediation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Legal Department and management on regulatory litigation matters and U.S. agency relationships.
• Support responses to regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance reviews.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with sensitive legal obligations in the U.S.
• Assist with regulatory filings, investigations, remediation efforts and enforcement matters as needed.
