Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Counsel to advise on securities and crypto product matters at a Nasdaq-listed fintech platform.

You will partner with product teams across the lifecycle of digital asset trading, stablecoins, tokenization, and related services, guiding compliance as regulations evolve. You’ll monitor federal securities laws, draft guidance, support regulator engagement, and negotiate commercial agreements while collaborating with Compliance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as in-house or outside counsel in financial services with securities/crypto focus.
• J.D. and active license in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Strong understanding of securities laws and crypto regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal partner to product teams across lifecycle for digital asset trading, stablecoins, tokenization, and prime brokerage products.
• Advise on application of federal securities laws to blockchain-native products and related activities.
• Support YLDS/stablecoin initiatives and regulatory frameworks; translate regulatory developments into practical guidance.
