Job summary
Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Counsel to shape strategy at the intersection of crypto and securities law. You will provide day-to-day product counseling for a blockchain-based marketplace and digital asset products, working with broker-dealer and public company counsel.
The role demands extensive securities/crypto expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate evolving U.S. regulations.
Qualifications
- J.D. and bar admission in good standing with at least one state bar.
- 10+ years as outside or in-house counsel for financial services firms, with deep securities and crypto industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary legal partner to markets-focused product teams across the full product lifecycle for digital asset trading, stablecoin, tokenization, and prime brokerage products.
- Advise on application of federal securities laws to blockchain-native products, coordinating with broker-dealer and securities counsel.
- Support stablecoin initiatives, including GENIUS Act framework and related structures.
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical product guidance.
