Block is seeking a Product Compliance Manager to partner with Product, Engineering, Design and Legal teams. You will drive a strong compliance posture for Square's Core and Audiences product suites including commerce and loyalty offerings.

The role requires extensive experience in payments/commercial compliance, translating regulatory requirements into practical controls and developing metrics to measure program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance, with direct payments or commerce experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge in AML/BSA, card and network rules, privacy, and marketing regulations.
• Embedded compliance partner to product and engineering teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive compliance guidance to product/engineering on new features and launches.
• Lead product compliance reviews and close gaps with remediation plans.
• Maintain compliance risk and control inventories with ongoing assessments.
