Job summary

PayPal, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Compliance to lead a cross-functional team across multiple compliance domains and drive continuous program improvements in a fast-paced payments environment.

You will establish program strategy, partner with legal, risk, audit, and technology leaders, and embed compliant practices into operations while solving emerging regulatory challenges and guiding talent development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant compliance experience and a Bachelor's degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience managing compliance teams and delivering complex program initiatives through others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a compliance organization across multiple domains or business areas.
• Establish compliance program strategy for significant organizational scope, creating comprehensive frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes, methodologies, and control frameworks across the function.
• Develop strategic partnerships with business, legal, risk, audit, and technology leaders to embed compliance into operations.
• Collaborate on decisions about design, resource allocation, and priorities to manage regulatory risk effectively.
• Influence organizational approach to compliance through leadership, insights, and risk-based recommendations.
