Clark Associates, a rapidly growing company headquartered in Lancaster, PA, seeks a Product Compliance Expert to lead regulatory adherence across product lines with the Legal team. You will interpret federal and state regulations, develop compliance strategies, mentor specialists, and ensure documentation standards are met.

This role requires expert knowledge of US regulatory programs and the ability to translate complex rules into actionable guidance for procurement, quality, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of US regulatory programs (FDA 21 CFR, CPSC 16 CFR, EPA TSCA VI, DOE 10 CFR).
• Experience managing compliance risk across multiple product categories and driving regulatory changes through to implementation.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear guidance for non-technical audiences and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop compliance strategy for assigned product categories with Legal team.
• Set technical requirements and acceptance criteria for procurement, quality, and suppliers.
• Monitor federal and state regulations and translate them into guidance before dates.
• Lead regulatory risk assessments across product categories with cross-functional teams.
• Review test reports and regulatory submissions as the final technical reviewer.
• Maintain company-wide product compliance policies, procedures, and workflows.
