Affirm’s Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product is a strategic partner tasked with scaling the product leadership function. The role anchors on leveraged people problems, owns the external product narrative end-to-end, and guides strategic bets that require a single accountable owner.

The aim is a healthy Product org with pillar leads running independently at high quality, faster decisions, and a clearer product direction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building product credibility with strategic narrative

Responsibilities

• Design and run the product leadership team’s rhythms (staff meetings, product reviews, all-teams, offsites)
• Co-own the people rhythms with HRBP across hiring, calibrations, performance, and talent reviews
• Partner with Technology Operations to define roadmaps, prioritization, and OKRs
• Own headcount planning and budget management with Finance and HR
• Drive AI retooling and enablement across the function
• Curate the external product narrative with PR, comms, and brand
• Prepare executive briefings and leadership communications to reduce latency
• Run an org health pulse and surface early signals before problems emerge
