The Product Application Engineer at Mercury Marine, based in Central Florida, provides global technical support to delivery partners and customers. They participate in new product development programs, develop engineering tools for quality propulsion system installations and coordinate with marine manufacturers to craft system solutions.

This role leads onsite launches of Mercury products at boat OEMs, supports installation training, travels up to 40% and collaborates with OEMs to ensure

Competenze

• BS in Engineering or technical marine certification with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of marine engines, systems and electronic controls; system engineering methods.
• Ability to perform vessel testing, troubleshooting and repairs; proficient with common software.

Mansioni

• Lead new product development programs and product launches.
• Coordinate with OEMs to install propulsion systems.
• Document issues and ensure installation requirements are met.
• Support installation training for OEM technicians.
• Participate in product improvement and technology advancement projects.
