Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Mercury Marine unit is seeking a Product Application Engineer to provide global technical support to delivery partners and customers, participate in new product development, and coordinate with OEMs to install propulsion systems.

Based in Central Florida with 40% travel, you will lead issue resolution, perform audits, and support training for OEM technicians while collaborating across teams to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• BS or technical marine certification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of marine engines, engine systems and electronic controls.
• Ability to communicate well, both written and oral.
• Basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide global technical support to Mercury Marine partners and customers.
• Coordinate with OEMs to install propulsion systems and resolve product issues.
• Lead onsite launches of Mercury products at boat OEMs.
• Develop tools to enable quality propulsion system installations.
• Assist boat builders with integration of propulsion systems.
