Brunswick’s Mercury Marine is seeking a Product Application Engineer for the Saint Cloud/Central Florida region. You will provide global technical support to delivery partners and customers, participate in new product development, and support OEM installs of propulsion systems.

The role involves field testing, installation audits, and collaboration with boat builders. Travel ~40% and a strong emphasis on problem solving and cross-functional teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering or Marine Certification with relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of marine engines, engine systems and electronic controls.
• Knowledge of system engineering methods and marine industry.
• Willing to perform in-vessel testing, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Proficient with computers & common software programs.
• Exposed to Six Sigma problem solving tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to participate in team-based work groups.
