Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Data Analyst II for a fully remote US role. You will partner with Product to design and analyze experiments, measure success, and translate findings into actionable product recommendations. You’ll help improve the experimentation program and own the analytics platform for event tracking and dashboards.

The role emphasizes experimentation over dashboards, collaborating with Product and Engineering to establish measurement standards and scale testing across the product.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Product Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar experience.
• Hands-on A/B testing and experimentation experience.
• Experience owning experiments from design through analysis.
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or comparable platforms.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to turn analysis into clear product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers throughout the experimentation lifecycle.
• Design, measure, and analyze A/B tests with results translated into product recommendations.
• Improve experimentation methodology and measurement quality.
• Scale the experimentation program while maintaining testing quality.
• Own product analytics platform event tracking, dashboards, and self‑service analytics.
• Define metrics and event-tracking requirements with Product and Engineering.
