Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Product Analyst to partner with the Product team and drive analytics across a high-growth digital health and consumer tech platform. You will own experiment design, measurement frameworks, dashboards, and data storytelling to influence product decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics.
• Strong A/B testing and experimentation experience.
• Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools.
• Experience partnering closely with Product teams.
• Understanding of event tracking and product instrumentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in a D2C product environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead A/B testing from experiment design through analysis and recommendations.
• Partner closely with Product Managers to improve product performance and user experience.
• Own product analytics and become the go-to expert for Mixpanel (or similar tools).
• Define metrics, measurement frameworks, and event tracking requirements.
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting for stakeholders.
• Turn complex user behaviour data into clear product insights.
• Help scale and mature the company's experimentation programme.
