Constructor is seeking Data Analysts to work across multiple teams, applying data science methods to improve product decisions and business outcomes. You will analyze user behavior, design experiments, and build dashboards while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes SQL, Python, and a strong analytical mindset, with opportunities to work on ranking, recommendations, and search relevance in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience solving business problems using data.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries).
• Understanding of A/B testing and statistical concepts.
• Understanding of machine learning pipelines and model evaluation is a plus.
• Familiarity with ranking, recommendations, or search relevance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and large-scale datasets to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes and impact on business metrics.
• Define and validate metrics reflecting user experience and business outcomes.
