Job summary

Rollbox is looking for a talented Product Analyst to join their product squads. In this role, you will own metrics, dashboards, and instrumental data analyses that drive shipping decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with BI tools. Responsibilities include deep-dive analyses, designing event-tracking specs, and building experimentation infrastructure. This fully remote position includes opportunities for learning and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a product- or data-analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills including windows, CTEs, and query optimization.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Mode, Hex).
• Understanding of statistical fundamentals for experiment design.

Responsibilities

• Own metrics, dashboards, and instrumentation for one product area.
• Run deep-dive analyses that inform feature scoping and prioritization.
• Design and review event-tracking specs alongside engineers.
• Build the experimentation infrastructure for that area (A/B, holdout).
• Partner with PMs on roadmap based on data insights.
