Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Product Analytics Associate Engineer to join our Data Platform team, translating member and Care Team data into actionable product insights and analytics. This role offers exposure to modern analytics engineering practices and collaboration across product and data teams.

You will partner with Product Managers and Data Engineers to translate data into concrete improvements for member outcomes, while growing ownership of your own product areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Stats/Data Science or related field.
• 1–3 years in product analytics or data analytics (internships count).
• Solid SQL skills with joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Some exposure to dbt or a strong willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses — Snowflake preferred, though BigQuery/Redshift are welcome.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical curiosity and ability to connect data to product decisions.
• Good communication and collaborative mindset; healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Managers with data pulls, ad hoc analysis, and basic reporting.
• Help set up and monitor A/B tests and summarize results for senior team members.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and dbt models for metrics and tables.
• Build dashboards and reports in BI tools under guidance from senior engineers.
• Track KPIs across product areas using existing definitions.
