This remote role requires PST hours. You will coordinate sprint ceremonies, manage delivery schedules, track risks, and maintain dashboards to ensure smooth builds, tests, and releases, empowering engineers to ship features faster and more reliably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development, or as a producer.
• Experience with ADO/Jira/Confluence for planning and documenting pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestone delivery.
• Ability to bridge communication between creative artists, programmers, and executive stakeholders.
• Flexible mindset, thriving in evolving environments and adapting to change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and track team velocity and capacity to maintain project momentum.
• Own the feature delivery schedule and assign work items with clear accountability.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; maintain documentation in tools like ADO.
• Create and maintain sprint dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists.
• Collaborate with leads to create user story stubs, tasks, and bugs; scrub backlog to clear stale work.
