Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; MBA desirable but not required.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or related field.
• Strong category management experience with direct raw materials in complex industries.
• Experience delivering strategic sourcing initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term category sourcing strategies for supplier selection, pricing, and risk management.
• Manage a diverse procurement portfolio representing approximately $180 million in spend.
• Lead continuous-improvement to deliver year-over-year productivity and savings.
• Lead supplier performance management with regular reviews and improvement plans.
• Develop sustainable sourcing initiatives including greenhouse-gas reduction and upstream traceability.
• Partner with internal teams and suppliers to support new product launches.
• Leverage supplier relationships for innovative materials and solutions.
• Support tail-spend and procurement transformation using digital and AI-enabled platforms.
• Manage budgets and monthly price forecasting with cost modeling and financial analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve procurement and supply challenges.
