Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; MBA desirable but not required.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement or Category Management.
• Experience interfacing with manufacturing and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term Category Sourcing Strategies to optimize supplier selection and pricing.
• Lead continuous improvement to deliver year-over-year productivity and savings with Finance.
• Manage supplier performance and lead regular reviews with cross-functional partners.
• Create sustainable sourcing activities including traceability and emissions reduction.
• Support new products or technologies with supplier partnerships.
• Leverage digital and AI platforms to enhance processes like tail spend management.
• Oversee budget and monthly price forecast reviews using cost modeling and market knowledge.
