Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a remote, contract role. The position handles inquiries, escalations, and supplier communications with emphasis on timely responses and escalation management.

Responsibilities include tracking inquiries, reporting on status, and maintaining partner directories. English fluency is required; German/French/Spanish skills are a plus. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision options and 401k contributions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish would be advantageous.
• Strong problem solving and people skills with suppliers and end-users.
• Customer oriented work experiences.
• Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier and/or GBS inquiries and escalations.
• Prioritize urgency of inquiries and process responses accordingly.
• Resolve yourself where possible and respond to supplier.
• Use FAQs where applicable.
• Understand escalation points and route to responsible party(s) for resolution.
• Build and maintain responsible party directory.
• Tracking and reporting monitor flow of inquiries into central mailbox.
• Tracking and reporting monitor response resolution through completion with disciplined follow-up.
• Daily / weekly reporting of total inquiries, total resolved, total in process.
