Job summary

MDW Associates is seeking a Senior Procurement Support Analyst to provide senior procurement and agreement-management support across the acquisition lifecycle for a complex Department of War organization. The analyst will develop and review documentation, manage workflows and repositories, track agreements and licenses, and provide analytical support to program leaders.

This role is remote eligible with periodic on-site work in Quantico, Virginia.

Qualifications

Experience with market research and acquisition documentation.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement policies.
Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Develop and revise procurement documentation, including market research reports, PWSs/SOWs, IGCEs, determinations and findings, memos.
Support acquisition planning, cost and price analysis, solicitation development, contract administration, lifecycle management.
Maintain contract repositories and tracking processes; track approvals, expirations, milestones.
Support development, routing, and quality review of service agreements (MOUs, MOAs, IAAs, SLAs).
Track software and hardware procurements and license expirations; prepare reports.
Analyze acquisition policies and proposed changes; assist government decision-making.
