Recom is seeking an experienced procurement leader to own vendor spend, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings across enterprise software, services, and facilities. You will manage RFPs, maintain governance, and partner with legal and finance.

You’ll report to senior executives and have authority to change how the company buys, with measurable savings and streamlined approvals enabling efficient month-end close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in procurement, vendor management, strategic sourcing, or related roles.
• Proven track record negotiating contracts and delivering cost savings.
• Hands-on experience running RFPs from scope through award.

Responsabilités

• Lead negotiation of vendor contracts, renewals, and amendments with external vendors.
• Run RFPs across software, services, and facilities; build shortlists and scorecards.
• Review invoices against contracts; ensure accurate billing and prompt approvals.
