Job summary

Navitus, a healthcare procurement leader, is expanding its procurement team with a Manager, Procurement to oversee vendor acquisition, evaluation, and contract management. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Vendor Risk, and Finance to drive vendor relationships and ensure financial stewardship.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement/financial analysis, with leadership experience and a focus on healthcare or IT environments. Remote-friendly with strong governance and ROI emphasis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or similar field of study or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in vendor procurement, financial analysis, or sourcing, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy benefits management, or information technology.
• 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, or providing work direction to others, with demonstrated ability to support team performance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor procurement activities including RFI/RFP processes and evaluation of vendor responses.
• Review and validate business cases, budgets, ROI analyses, and provided financial proposals.
• Provide leadership to procurement team, set priorities, coach performance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, spend, and financial impact.
