Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a remote contract opportunity. This hands-on role blends traditional procurement and supplier management with a strong analytical focus.

The ideal candidate will balance supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiations, contracting, spend analysis, cost analysis, and data-driven decision making, developing dashboards to track procurement metrics and supporting contract-to-pay processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, procurement analytics, or related experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience managing supplier bids and pricing negotiations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and lookup functions.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing reports or dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier sourcing, bidding, and vendor selection activities.
• Support contract and pricing negotiations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders throughout the procurement and contracting process.
• Analyze procurement spend, costs, supplier pricing, and purchasing trends.
• Review large datasets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics.
• Assist with contract-to-pay and related procurement activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and efficiencies.
• Utilize Excel and other technology tools to analyze data and support procurement decisions.
