Job summary

LTK is seeking a Procurement Manager on a contract basis to help ensure continuity across technology and SaaS procurement, renewals, vendor relationships, and cross-functional activities.

The candidate will rapidly learn processes, independently manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and budget owners. Remote work from the U.S. is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 2+ years of procurement experience, independently in procurement roles.
• Experience negotiating technology and SaaS contracts.
• Strong vendor-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing renewals and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service levels for procurement activities, ensuring requests and renewals progress.
• Track upcoming renewals and coordinate with owners and review teams.
• Lead or support negotiations for technology and SaaS agreements.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and budget owners.
• Manage designated vendors and ensure commitments are met.
• Keep accurate records of requests, contract status, renewals, and approvals.
• Support vendor evaluations and competitive sourcing activities.
• Review SaaS purchases for duplication and optimization, aligning with needs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while preserving operations.
• Escalate material risks to the appropriate stakeholder and document transitions.
