Clover Health is seeking a motivated Buyer to join its Procurement team. The role focuses on procurement activities, contract administration, and supplier negotiations, with exposure to CLM platforms.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in procurement, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Excel. This remote-friendly position supports partnerships across IT, Finance, Legal, and other teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, vendor management, or contract administration.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; act as primary contact for inquiries, renewals, and requests.
• Partner with IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to support procurement initiatives.
• Manage contract renewals and assist with sourcing, supplier selection, and procurement activities.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other commercial terms for vendor contracts.
• Review contract terms for risks; assist with basic redlining per standards.
• Coordinate contract review, approval routing, and execution with approvers.
• Maintain procurement records in the CLM system and ensure policy compliance.
• Support spend analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement across procurement.
