Lam Research in Oregon is seeking a Buyer to support procurement by analyzing purchase requirements and coordinating purchasing activities to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of inventory. You will handle requisitions, RFQs, and change orders while negotiating for best value in ERP/MRP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and process purchase requisitions and quotations for materials, components, capital equipment and services.
• Manage purchase orders and changes based on demand.
• Understand, maintain, and report weekly KPIs.
• Maintain records of suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories.
• Manage purchase order releases to meet demand requirements.
• Build key supplier relationships to review open action items, performance, demand forecast, and cost reductions.
