Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Workday Finance (P2P) Consultant to provide advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and daily support for our Procure-to-Pay solutions. You will partner with finance stakeholders to resolve system issues and optimize procurement workflows.

Key responsibilities include incident resolution, configuration refinements, testing, cross-functional collaboration, and creation of training materials to improve system adoption across finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday Finance with mandatory focus on P2P modules.
• Deep understanding of the accounts payable lifecycle and how P2P affects GL and financial reporting.
• Auditing complex business processes, troubleshooting security assignments, and designing or modifying advanced financial reports.
• Active Workday certification in Core Financials, Procurement, or Expenses is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary escalation point to resolve complex Workday P2P issues (Requisitions, POs, Supplier Invoices, Expenses).
• Maintain and refine P2P business processes, approval routing, and validations.
• Execute end-to-end system testing for Workday releases and patches to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT to align system capabilities with business needs.
• Create knowledge base articles and SOPs, and deliver end-user training to drive adoption.
