US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Manager, Process Systems to lead the team that administers and optimizes our medical billing applications, including SDP and interfaces. Remote-based role with accountability for KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement across the revenue cycle.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a strong ITSM background, and expertise with SDP, EDI, and interfaces, plus knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare billing operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with healthcare billing experience.
• Management or supervisory experience required, with a track record of process improvement.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and ITSM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, goals, and operating roadmap for Process Systems aligned with objectives.
• Translate strategy into prioritized plans with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish SOPs, roles, escalation paths, and change management protocols.
• Champion SDP as the system of record for all team work and ensure proper logging.
• Design and optimize SDP workflows, service catalog, SLAs, and automation.
• Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee development and support of the practice management system and related interfaces.
• Manage payer and subcontracted clearinghouse vendor relationships and FTP processes.
