Job summary
US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a results-driven Manager, Process Systems to lead the team responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the applications that support our healthcare revenue cycle, including the practice management system and SDP. This remote role demands strong leadership and strategic execution.
The role oversees daily operations, sets performance expectations, and drives continuous improvement across technology and processes, with a focus on HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; healthcare billing background considered.
- Management or supervisory experience required with proven process improvement.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle operations and IT service management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear vision, goals, and operating roadmap for Process Systems.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans with priorities, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish SOPs, roles, escalation paths, and change management protocols.
- Champion SDP as the system of record for all team work, logs, categorization, prioritization, and resolution.
- Design and optimize SDP workflows, service catalog, SLAs, and automation rules.
