Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Process Safety Engineer to develop, implement, and sustain process safety programs across manufacturing operations. You will provide technical leadership in PHAs, risk management, engineering standards, and capital project execution while aligning with the company’s Process Safety Roadmap.

The role requires strong knowledge of PSM, EHS standards, and experience supporting capital projects; travel of 20-30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of process safety experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with capital projects, PHAs, and process safety management systems.
• Knowledge of Chemical manufacturing processes, EHS standards, and PSM regulations.
• Ability to travel 20-30%

Responsibilities

• Lead PHAs, risk assessments, and hazard reviews for capital projects.
• Identify process safety risks and mitigation measures.
• Develop, maintain, and improve process safety standards and procedures.
• Provide process safety expertise to capital project teams.
