Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join a distributed, fully remote team. The role focuses on analyzing and optimizing business processes using data-driven methods and engineering principles to drive cost reductions and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or industrial engineering roles.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fully remote work setting with strong communication.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and Kaizen.
• Experience with analytical and simulation software and data visualization tools.
• Excellent stakeholder and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify cost reductions and improvements.
• Design, develop, and document optimized workflows and process improvements using mapping and simulation techniques.
• Use data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and quantify impact of changes.
• Collaborate virtually with department heads to gather requirements and drive adoption of solutions.
• Develop strategies for process standardization and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management on findings and outcomes.
