Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Process Intelligence Consultant to lead analytical projects within the Customer Experience Transformation Team. You will develop data-driven insights, manage cross-functional relationships, and guide process improvement initiatives using Celonis and related tools.

The role emphasizes identifying enterprise-wide opportunities, delivering operational dashboards, and translating business needs into technical requirements to optimize customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in process intelligence.
• Experience with Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience delivering dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Experience with Visio or Blue Works Live for process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and manages enterprise-wide process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce costs.
• Develops and delivers operational dashboards and analyses using Celonis or other process intelligence tools.
• Integrates external research and best practices to guide data-driven decisions.
• Gathers requirements and translates them into technical specifications for solutions.
• Leads and coordinates project teams to drive process mining engagements.
