Job summary

Celonis seeks a Transformation Engineer to architect the Process Intelligence layer for Oracle ecosystems. You will define technical solutions to accelerate cloud migrations and drive AI adoption, working with Oracle stakeholders and Celonis teams to de-risk and accelerate migrations.

You will lead pursuits and develop blueprints that demonstrate value from legacy Oracle environments to Fusion and OCI, while collaborating across Business Apps, Value Engineers, and Partners to scale outcomes.

Qualifications

Familiar with Celonis Process Intelligence Graph, Objects and Events, Knowledge Models and Studio.
Exposure to Oracle technology stack from EBS, Fusion, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards.
Understanding AI Agents, Generative AI and integration patterns.
Ability to translate market trends into high-value business outcomes.
Experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Pursuits: own the technical narrative in Oracle sales cycles.
Supercharge Migrations: develop migration blueprints for Oracle Fusion migrations.
Industrialize Enterprise AI: productize joint use cases with Oracle AI Agents and OCI.
Enable the Field: build a repeatable solution playbook with Oracle teams.
Activate the Partnership: work with Oracle Activation to enable Celonis across NAM GTM.
