Job summary

EverHealth, a division of EverCommerce, is seeking a Process Improvement Manager to join a team rebuilding how work gets done across our healthcare software brands (DrChrono, CollaborateMD, Updox, eProvider Solutions).

You will embed with a business function (go-to-market, customer success, operations), map current state, measure baselines, and redesign processes to remove constraints and enable faster, higher-quality work. You will drive adoption with leaders and frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement, operational excellence, or hands-on redesign of how work is done.
• Demonstrated end-to-end mapping of complex multi-team processes with measurable improvements.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to pull and analyze data in spreadsheets or BI tools.
• Skilled interviewer who can uncover the true process vs. stated process.

Responsibilities

• Map the Current State through interviews, shadowing, and data.
• Measure and Baseline with real duration, volume, and rework data.
• Redesign the Process focusing on constraint outward and gates for quality.
• Drive Adoption with function leaders and frontline teams.
• Partner with Engineers and Finance to align builds and savings definitions.
