Job summary

EverHealth Process Improvement Manager at EverCommerce (Nasdaq: EVCM) role is to rebuild how work gets done across our healthcare software brands, including DrChrono, CollaborateMD, Updox, and eProvider Solutions. You will embed with a business function, map current processes, measure baselines, and redesign for faster, more reliable work.

The role requires 5+ years in process improvement, strong data skills, and the ability to defend changes with evidence to function leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in process improvement or operations leadership.
• Experience mapping a complex, multi-team process end to end.
• Strong quantitative skills and ability to pull and analyze data.
• Able to defend a redesign with evidence to function leaders.
• Clear, plain writing and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Map the current state through interviews, shadowing and data.
• Measure baselines with real duration, volume and rework data.
• Redesign the process focusing on flow, discipline and ownership.
• Drive adoption with leaders and frontline teams.
• Partner with engineers and finance to ensure value is realized.
• Track outcomes and iterate improvements after handoff.
