Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a senior Process Improvement Manager for the FEP program. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing best practices, and driving enterprise-wide performance improvements in clinical and utilization management.

Hybrid in-office and remote work is supported, with travel as needed. The candidate will bring 8+ years in process improvement, 3+ years in a managerial role, and strong Agile experience, along with advanced Excel skills and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience, including minimum of 3 years as a Process Improvement Manager level
• Experience with Agile delivery methodology preferred.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders; advanced MS Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Develops, implements, and measures best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serves as internal consultant for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Identifies and develops plans to improve performance across the enterprise.
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
