Ladders seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a remote role serving the Energy & Utilities space. You will drive enterprise-wide process improvements that boost safety, quality and cost performance across sites and partner with senior leadership to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operations in a similar industry.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, including Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen Events.
• Intermediate understanding of engineering and data analysis functions such as labor planning and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping and data analysis to identify inefficiencies.
• Design scalable solutions for process gaps across multiple sites.
• Lead an enterprise-wide improvement plan focused on safety, quality, and cost.
• Align improvement efforts with senior leadership's strategic priorities.
• Facilitate complex projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage project portfolios for timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Support the launch and stabilization of solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
