Qualifications

• Proficiency with HPLC, GC, NMR, and Mass Spectrometry.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote projects.
• Strong communication for reporting and virtual collaboration.
• Knowledge of green chemistry and sustainable process design.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute laboratory experiments to develop and optimize chemical processes.
• Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Scale-up laboratory procedures to pilot-scale operations, ensuring process viability.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies for process improvement.
• Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and production teams to facilitate technology transfer.
• Ensure all R&D activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to IP generation through patent applications and disclosures.
• Stay updated with literature and industry trends relevant to chemical process development.
