Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Problem Management Specialist to coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle for Site Operations incidents. You will drive structured root cause analyses, manage problem records in ServiceNow, and ensure corrective actions are tracked until closure.

The role requires collaboration across Operations, Reliability Engineering, and Security to identify systemic risks and publish lessons learned for fleet-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• ITIL-based problem management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Problem Management or similar function.
• Experience in documenting RCA reports and actions in ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle for incidents.
• Facilitate root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Document root causes, actions, and lessons learned for reports.
