Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a remote Problem Management Specialist to support the North America Site Operations team. You will coordinate end-to-end problem management, lead root cause analyses, and ensure accurate, actionable RCA reports across multiple technical teams and vendors.

The role requires ITIL expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex investigations into concise customer-facing narratives.

Qualifications

• ITIL-based problem management experience.
• 3 years of experience in Problem Management or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow or CMMS for incident/problem tracking.
• Ability to facilitate structured investigations and guide stakeholders to evidence-based root causes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive and customer updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle for qualifying Site Operations incidents.
• Plan and facilitate root cause analysis sessions with stakeholders.
• Document problem statements, impacts, contributing factors, root causes, and actions.
• Create and track problem tasks, corrective actions, and change requests.
• Monitor records for aging, SLA performance, and escalate as needed.
• Prepare internal, executive, and customer-facing RCA reports and trend summaries.
• Develop and maintain problem management procedures, templates, and dashboards.
• Coordinate investigations across Site Operations, Reliability Eng, and vendors.
