Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a professional services leader to drive multi-site Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars and Risk Adjustment engagements for health plan customers.

You will partner with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful adoption, retention, and expansion while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and internal policies. Remote-first with hybrid options for select locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of health plan Quality/HEDIS, CMSStars, and/or Risk Adjustment program delivery experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and issue-management skills; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in professional services or consulting for payer customers is preferred.
• Ability to translate healthcare goals into effective use of solutions and services.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent customer Professional Service engagements across the payer product portfolio.
• Serve as client-facing point of contact for Quality/HEDIS, CMS Stars, and Risk Adjustment activities.
• Understand client goals and processes; guide them to apply Inovalon's solutions effectively.
• Identify risks and dependencies; coordinate with internal partners to drive resolution.
• Develop domain expertise and share best practices; support adoption and expansion.
